This Privacy Policy describes how Oasis Recovery, LLC, doing business as Anchor (the "App"), collects, uses, and protects the information of residents and prospective residents.

1. Information we collect

When you complete an intake or use the App, we collect information you provide directly, including but not limited to:

• Contact information — full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address
• Emergency contact — name, relationship, phone number
• Recovery and clinical information — substance(s) of choice, sobriety date, mental and physical health history, prescribed medications, treatment and sober-living history, sponsor and clinician details
• Demographic information — gender, race, ethnicity, marital status, veteran status
• Legal status — criminal history, probation/parole status (where applicable)
• Employment and financial — employer, income range, payments and balances owed to Oasis Recovery
• Operational records — attendance at recovery meetings, results of drug or alcohol screens administered by Oasis Recovery, signed forms and acknowledgments, notes recorded by staff
• Authentication data — phone number and password used to access your account, and timestamps of access

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment card numbers, or bank account numbers within the App.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate Oasis Recovery's sober living program, including to:

• Manage your residency, room assignment, and program phase
• Communicate with you by SMS, phone, or email regarding intake, rent and fees, drug and alcohol screening, recovery meetings, and program compliance
• Maintain accurate records of payments, balances, and documents you have signed
• Coordinate care with treatment providers, sponsors, probation officers, or family members only with your written authorization (Release of Information)
• Comply with applicable law, including New Jersey state regulations governing recovery residences

3. SMS messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, we may send you SMS messages related to your residency. We do not share phone numbers with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. Message frequency varies and may include intake invitations, payment reminders, drug screen schedule notifications, meeting reminders, and verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party vendors that operate the App's underlying infrastructure (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery via Twilio, database storage) under contractual obligations to protect your information and process it only on our instructions
• Authorized recipients — only those individuals or entities you specifically authorize via a signed Release of Information
• Legal obligation — if required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law

We never share information with mobile carriers for marketing purposes.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging of all access to resident records. Despite these efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain resident records for the period required by applicable law (including any retention required for healthcare, financial, and tax records), and then delete or de-identify the information.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP
• Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal record-retention obligations

8. Children's information

Anchor is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
