These Terms govern your use of Anchor — the resident management application operated by Oasis Recovery, LLC — and the SMS messaging program described below. By accessing the App, providing your phone number during intake, or signing the Resident Agreement, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description: Resident notifications and operational communication for Oasis Recovery sober living residents and prospective residents.

By providing your mobile phone number when you sign the Resident Agreement, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Oasis Recovery related to your residency. Consent is documented with your electronic signature and timestamp at the time of signup. Consent is not a condition of treatment, residency, or any service. You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out instructions below.
Message frequency varies based on the activity in your account. Typical message volume is 3 to 10 messages per month, but volume may increase if you have payments due, screens scheduled, or active intake forms.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages depending on your mobile plan. Oasis Recovery is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
For help, reply HELP to any message from Anchor, or contact us at szaporrobert@gmail.com.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from Anchor. You will receive a confirmation that no further messages will be sent. You may continue to use the Anchor App via your account login; only SMS notifications will be disabled.
To resume messaging, reply START to the same number, or contact us to re-enable SMS on your account.
The Anchor SMS program is supported by all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the Anchor App only for purposes consistent with your residency at Oasis Recovery and these Terms. You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your account, removal from Oasis Recovery, or other consequences described in your signed Resident Agreement.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it.
Anchor is a resident management tool. Information shared via the App, including but not limited to recovery resources, meeting locations, and reminders, does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Oasis Recovery does not provide on-site clinical treatment, therapy, or counseling. For clinical care, consult a licensed professional.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Anchor App at our discretion if you violate these Terms, the Resident Agreement, the Resident Handbook, or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
The Anchor App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasis Recovery, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or the SMS program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Atlantic County, New Jersey.
